Do You Want More From Life After Breast Cancer Treatment?

  • Do you often find it challenging to keep going every day?

  • Has breast cancer treatment taken its toll on your wellbeing?

  • Are you sometimes fed up with your life being JUST AVERAGE?

  • Are you tired of being stuck in a rut?

  • Do you sometimes feel frustrated because it's difficult to juggle your work and home life?

  • Maybe you want MORE from LIFE

Rest doesn't have to be this way.

Don't feel bad, it's OK!  Don't worry about how you're feeling. It's not unusual to feel you cannot balance your work and home/social life.

I can help you find a way out of your frustrating situation. Sometimes, we just need to see things from another angle and talking to someone can help with this.

You should be proud of yourself! Realising you are struggling with the after effects of cancer, in either work or your home life, is the first step to making the changes you seek.

This was my situation a few years ago. I was fed up with life being average, when I knew inside myself that I was worth more.  Having been through breast cancer treatment had left me exhausted with a change in my perspective on life. Clearly, I was stuck in a rut that I thought I would never get out of.

  • Nothing's wrong with you - be assured of that.

  • You may be stuck for a variety of reasons - most of us are - and it's often hard to pinpoint exactly where the problem is and what to do about it.

  • maybe you're bored in your job or would like to earn more?

  • bullying is an issue or you aren't recognised for your achievements?

  • perhaps your actual job is fine but the travel  or work hours are getting you down?

  • do you have children that you would like to be home to see before bed?

  • do you sometimes feel that no matter how much you do you still don't feel satisfied that you are doing enough?

  • do you still feel exhausted and unable to manage, even after resting?

  • All of these things, and more, can impact on your home and social life and leave you feeling stressed and out of control.

Well, you can stop struggling and stop worrying by taking the following steps:

  • with guidance and support, you will identify where you are struggling

  • you will learn how to change your job or your work hours, if you feel that's the way forward

  • you will feel able to make a complete change and do a job that you love, if that's what you want

  • find out what your transferable skills are. You'll have a heap more after having breast cancer

  • learn how to give yourself enough time to see friends and family socially

  • find time for your hobbies

  • find out how to get out of that rut!

  • learn how to achieve a life you love

  • start following the dreams you always had but seem to have been hidden away by the daily routines of life

  • I will help you to list your struggles

  • identify what you need, or want, to change first

  • show you how to get some more ME time

  • show you how to feel good about your body image

  • I will help you to feel better about your diet and eating after breast cancer

  • teach you how to show your transferable skills to employers

  • teach you some interview skills

  • ask you to visualise your ideal life

  • show you how to timetable your work, home and social life

 and much more...
